Hyperspectral Imaging Camera for Industrial Applications with 640px spatial sensor resolution

The EVK HELIOS EC64 is a hyperspectral camera that provides optically corrected and spatially resolved spectral data. The line scan camera features non-contact and non-destructive shortwave infrared imaging spectroscopy for real-time identification of material types based on their chemical composition.

Equipped with 640 pixels spatial sensor resolution, EVK HELIOS EC64 measures in the wavelength range from 930 nm to 1700 nm and scans full spectrum at a scan rate of >700 Hz. The hyperspectral camera is ideal for industrial high speed applications demanding enhanced precision in object classification. Connection to existing processing systems is possible via GigE Vision/GenICam.

In combination with the EVK ALPHA real-time image processing platform and the EVK SQALAR software, the EVK HELIOS EC64 offers a powerful complete system for the inline analysis, inspection and sorting of industrial product streams in a range of industries.
